MV Vocal Concert

We have students at MV who are all at various stages with their singing and performance experience. Singing solo in a concert is a great opportunity to practise acting through song, controlling your nerves, boosting confidence and realising you can stand alone on stage - all whilst being cheered on by friends and family.

We had some students sing for the very first time by themselves with a microphone - through to those who have worked professional jobs singing by themselves for audiences of 100s every night. It was great to see not only huge amounts of talent, but also the support, encouragement and respect the students showed one another in rehearsal and performance.

At our Christmas vocal concert we also collected food and household items for the local charity share and care - which means families who may struggle to put food on the table will have a little bit more over the Christmas period, thanks to your kind efforts.

Thank you to all of our fantastic performers and families for a wonderful evening of singing and helping make a few christmases a little bit brighter.
